Join our growing team as a Service Now Intern, where you’ll gain hands-on experience with one of the leading platforms for IT service management (ITSM). You’ll be part of a dynamic Support Operations team, handling service tickets (Incidents, Service Requests, etc.) for managed services based in Germany.

Upon completing this internship, you'll be fully equipped to step into a full-time role as a Service Now Support Specialist or System Administrator within the Support Operations team. With opportunities for career growth within CODE LEAP or across the wider Service Now ecosystem, you can progress from Associate to Professional, and eventually, to Expert levels in your Service Now journey.

YOUR EXCITING TASKS

• Receive, categorize, and log support tickets, including incidents, service requests and cases
• Interact with end-users to identify and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with team members to resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, and escalate complex issues as needed
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and technical documentation
• Assist in monitoring system health and performance to ensure smooth operations
• Perform administrative tasks such as managing system access, user permissions, and platform configurations

YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY

• Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in ERP Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Demonstrated interest in technology and innovation, evidenced by previous projects or coursework (e.g academic projects, internship experiences, or personal hobby projects,..)
• Knowledge of Java Script, HTML, CSS, and an understanding of web-based applications
• Process-oriented, enjoys supporting others, and values collaboration in troubleshooting
• Proactively reach out to people, share information with the team, communicate, ask for help, and get things done
• A team player who is eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration
• Proficiency in English (IELTS above 6.0 or CEFR B1)

Nice to have

• Previous experience with Salesforce, SAP, and other ERP systems
• Previous internships, especially in related technical fields
• Have basic knowledge about low-code, no-code platforms
• Have German-speaking skills
