Job Description

• Design and develop client’s applications on the Service Now platform.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Implement integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems using APIs and web services.

• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and user interfaces within Service Now.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Service Now platform and custom applications.

• Maintain technical documentation for solutions developed.

• Stay current with Service Now updates and new releases, ensuring our implementations leverage the latest features and capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing applications on the Service Now platform.

• Experience with Service Now scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Script Includes.

• Experienced working with Service Now CSM , App Engine studio , Integration Hub

• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java Script, and REST/SOAP APIs.

• Good communication at English: verbal and written

• Service Now certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator) are highly desirable.experience
