Job Description
Sika is active in the following 8 target markets: Concrete, Waterproofing, Refurbishment, Roofing, Flooring, Sealing & Bonding, Building Finishing and Industry.

Sika Vietnam have provided a range of solutions and expert expertise, in case studies ranging from high rise building, factory, bridge, airports, tunnels to wind plant and hydropower plants.

We are seeking a qualified candidate to manage the utilization of Sika products (concrete admixtures, waterproofing, roofing, flooring, refurbishment, sealing & bonding) for our key projects like Hoa Phat Steel Plant.

The successful candidate will be offered a job level (Engineer/Supervisor) appropriate to their skills and experience.

PURPOSE

• Optimize Sika penetration in the project by identifying cross selling opportunities.
• Monitor that the application of Sika products is done in accordance with submitted Method Statements
• Work with project stakeholders at job site
• Review storage conditions and handling process of Sika products on site
Act as bridge between Sika Area offices and projects

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide jobsite reports for customers (applicator/main contractor/consultant/owner) with prompt recommendations on applications/storage/safety
• Monitor activities/situation on job site to take appropriate action promptly
• Dive in on-going packages for more opportunities to sell Sika’s products
• Provide training/Testing/Mock-up
• Support relevant technical matters in jobsite

Qualifications

• 
  Civil Engineer/Transport Construction Engineering/Mechanical Engineering background
• 10-year experience on heavy industrial complexes: steel plants, refineries
• Prefer candidates with mechanical engineering or similar with experience in building and maintenance etc.
• Experience in waterproofing or concrete is an advantage.
• Hard-working, reliable, can word under pressure
• Good organization skills, communication skills, presentation skills
• Fair English and Office skill
