Brief
As the Social Media Intern, the incumbent will gain hands-on experience and learn from industry experts in a fast-paced environment. The intern will assist the Head of Business Development of Yukahoh and the regional marketing team in Malaysia in executing various campaigns across multiple digital channels, contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts for our beauty brands.
Content Planning through collaborative discussion

• Alignment with the ecomm & sales team and ensure all the content, upcoming promotions or campaigns follow our strategy.
• Brainstorm ideas & create social content & plan follow campaign, etc.
• Plan content themes and key messages, content calendar for the month.
• Start outlining the content plan and key goals for the upcoming month.
• Begin ideating for the next month’s major campaigns.

Strategy & Creative Session

• Brainstorm and storyboard ideas for upcoming campaigns or content series.
• Weekly check-in with the marketing or creative team to discuss progress and strategy.

Content Creation

• Design graphics, write captions, and create any needed visuals.
• Shoot and edit photos or videos.
• Completion of Video/Photoshoot.
• If applicable, use this time for shooting new content, whether it’s for a product, a tutorial, or an event.

Content Refinement

• Edit and finalize content based on feedback or revisions.

Social Media Monitoring /Engagement and Community Building

• Engage with followers: reply to comments, direct messages, and mentions.
• Monitor trending topics or hashtags relevant to the brand.
• Participate in relevant online conversations, engage with influencers, and grow the community.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform future content.
• Manage KOC/ KOL from the beginning to end such as: look for suitable KOL/KOC candidates, analyse the needs or suitability of the local market and suggest to the Head of Business Development, gather content and ensure KOL/KOC update their posts on time and on the right channels required, communicate with KOL/KOC regularly, manage payment, product deliveries etc.

Any other ad-hoc as assigned and/or required by superior.
Requirements

• Passionate in social media marketing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts especially Tik Tok.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn.
• Self-driven and result-oriented.

Additional Info

• Working hours is Mon to Sat, 8am to 5pm. (alternate Saturdays work only)
• Our office MKA VN PRODUCTION COMPANY LIMITED is located at: Lot 21, Tan Tao Street, Tan Tao Industrial Park, Tan Tao A Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
