B. Braun Vietnam (BBVN) Fresh Speed Up is a professional training and on-the-job development program for final year student or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience. This program develops young and willing-to-learn talents into the next generation of BBVN employees.
Successful candidates will join a development stint with professional career and coaching plan within chosen department. There will be an assessment with department heads and HR to assess the performance and confirm you to become permanent employee of BBVN."

A. JOB PURPOSE: The position holder will demonstrate accountability for assisting Product Executive implement the annual marketing plan of a group of product portfolio in the assigned market to meet the business objectives.Ư

B. JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Marketing planning and implementing (50%)
1. Assist in developing marketing plans and strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Executive.
2. Implement marketing campaigns and monitor their performance.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
4. Communication Support:
4.1. Coordinate with the Marketing Executive to implement communication campaigns.
4.2. Manage and update content on the company's social media channels and website.
5. Event Organization:
5.1. Assist in organizing events, seminars, exhibitions, and other activities.
5.2. Liaise and coordinate with event service providers.
6. Creating Product Publications and Materials:
6.1. Assist in creating, editing, and updating product publications and materials.
6.2 Work with relevant departments to ensure the accuracy and update of materials.
Market Intelligence (30%)
1.Gather, analyze, and interpret data on market conditions, competitors, and consumer behavior.
2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.
3.Collecting tender information: Collect and analyze temder information to support the business development of the product portfolio. Monitor and report on new tender opportunities.
Salesforce support (10%)
1. Support in organizing product training courses in team
2. Support sales team to design product presentations
Others (10%)
1. Ensure all MKT activities comply with legal and ethical standards, and that documented processes, procedures and internal quality management system are followed and adhered to
2. Co-operate with other department for road-show (if any)
3. Carry special work as assigned by Management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Final year student or fresh graduated less than one year of working experience.
• Pharmacy background or relevant backgrounds.
• GPA minimum 6.5 or equivalent
• Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Proficient in office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and basic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator.....).
• Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English for relationship building and negotiation skills with your internal and external stakeholders virtually and in person
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, ability to work under pressure, quick learner. \
• High creativity and innovation, passion for products and understanding customer needs, self-driven, adaptability, attention to detail, customer-centric mindset.
