Tam Son is looking for the excellent Store Manager who has experience in luxury fashion brand to:
1. Boost sales

• Establish an implementation plan
• Manage sales processes
• Boost sales of month/ quarter/ year

2. Data management

• Reports, analysis, make recommendations: Business index (APT, UPT…), commodity index, new & old customer data, retention rate, conversion rate

3. Operations Management

• Manage operating processes: operating standards
• Manage day-to-day operations
• Manage store image (VM)

4. Personnel management

• Recruiting, training and developing, motivating employees
• Manage attendance, shifts, schedule work
• Build a professional culture and working environment

5. Customer relationship management

• Control customer experience
• Manage customer service process
• Survey customer satisfaction
• Search and expand client files

6. Merchandise Management

• Manage goods process: in/ out/ inventory…
• Evaluate goods at the store/ competitors/ market
• Buying

Knowledge & Qualificaion

• At least 5 years of experience in similar role in luxury retail industry
• English/ French/ Japanese or Chinese is an advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills
