MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Responsible for the operations of the General and Food & Beverage stores and wine cellar.

Label shelves and stock items in each store or cellar according to volume, i.e. higher volume closer to the store or cellar entrance.
Set minimum and maximum par values for all items; initiate purchase request when the stock level drops below par.
Coordinate with the purchasing manager and cost controller regarding the goods to be returned.
Ensure proper rotation of stocks and issue goods on a “first in, first out” basis.
Report weekly to the Purchasing Manager and Cost Controller on any slow-moving, obsolete, and expired items.
Issue items based on approved requisitions and following established policies and procedures.
Update stock records daily in the system and bin cards.
Maintain an up-to-date list of authorized signatories that may sign requisitions and post them in a prominent place.
Monthly organizes and conducts inventory process for all stores and cellar.
Items are not to be issued or received during the inventory process.
Maintain cleanliness and neatness of all stores and cellar at all times.
Ensure that all stores and cellar are secured and locked after operating hours and keys are returned to the Security Department in a sealed envelope.
Assist with other Accounting job functions as assigned.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Essential:
1) High school graduate.
2) One (1) year experience in a hotel store or receiving operation.
3) Ability to communicate in English with guests/visitors/vendors and hotel staff to their understanding.
4) Ability to provide legible communication.
5) Ability to compute mathematical calculations.
