DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1/ Student Ambassador

• Recruit, select, and train student ambassadors to support Campus tour, workshop and other activities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for student ambassadors, addressing any issues or concerns they may have
• Coordinate and schedule student ambassador training activities, updating program info session ensuring alignment with Student recruitment and Business Development Department’ s goal and objective
• Collaborate with Admissions to identify opportunities for students’ involvement in admission initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of student ambassadors, providing feedback and report on the effectiveness of student ambassador programs

2/ Logistic

• Coordinate logistics and provide administrative support to the event management team
• Assist in drafting event proposals, timelines, and other relevant documentation.
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
• Help manage event registrations and guest lists, ensuring timely responses and accurate records.

3/ Customer Care Activities

• Gather and analyze feedback post-event to assist in the evaluation and planning of future events.
• Maintain organized files and databases related to event planning and execution.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS FOR ASSIGNMENT:

• A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in event planning or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as event schedules require.
• A strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
