We are seeking an experienced education professional to join our expanding Acumen team in Ho Chi Minh City, to provide full-time support to one of our clients, AEAS, the leading provider of high quality assessment services for international school students and the schools that enrol them.
You will support the Australian Schools Alliance in Vietnam, a new consortium of prestigious Australian private secondary schools, led by AEAS. Your core function will be to deliver sustainable and meaningful recruitment outcomes for both AEAS and consortium member schools.
We are Acumen, a part of Sannam S4 Group - a fast-growing international company. We provide high-quality consulting and support services to international education clients globally. One of our core services is the provision of in-country representatives to support our clients with their recruitment and engagement objectives in strategic markets across South and Southeast Asia.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:


What will you bring to the team?
Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes and experience:

• 5+ years experience in international education recruitment, particularly in K-12. Candidates from international K-12 schools in Vietnam are also welcome to apply.

• Sales and marketing experience, including a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

• Maturity and presence.

• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to communicate and present effectively to groups, and to senior stakeholders.

• Ability to innovate and come up with creative solutions to support client needs.

• Excellent organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and perform a diverse range of tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a matrix structure team, as well as work independently using initiative and judgement.

• Full bilingual fluency in Vietnamese and English.

• A valid passport and a willingness to travel frequently within Vietnam, as well as occasional travel to Australia.

• Experience managing social media accounts (desirable).

Attending events/activities on weekends is an expected part of this role.
