Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Have at least 5 years of experience working in a QA/Tester position, including at least 2 years of

experience in a management position.

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with software testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Test Rail, or similar.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Email.
• Experience with CMMI, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or CSQA are a plus.
• Basic English communication required.
