This position reports to
Procurement Team Lead
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of the purchasing and logistics-related activities in the Procurement function to support the businesses. Each day, you will execute assigned activities as per ABB standard procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by delivering and participating in training programs as required to ensure compliance and to foster professional development. The work model for the role is: {onsite/hybrid} {insert Linkedin #} This role is contributing to the Motion division. Based in Hanoi - Vietnam. • Create warranty order in system and follow up warranty order status, update warranty data in warranty follow up file. • Ensure the procurement of product is correct in quantity and quality according to Customer’s requirements and based on the approved. • Ensure the procurement terms and conditions as agreed with Supplier (delivery terms, payment terms, etc …). • Ensure on time delivery from Supplier as per delivery schedules, update data to master file, inform Oder handling team and delivery team about delivery/shipping plan from supplier/shipper. • Ensure smooth clearance of goods through availability of all relevant documents related to quality, country of origin, tax, shipping docs. • Coordinate with others in Logistic team to provide exact and correct information to customer. • Coordinate with Finance team to ensure on time and smooth issuance of invoice in the system as well as sending out the invoice to customer. • Ensure to raise request for SAP credit limit in SAP timely. • Support sales team on bidding docs and other paper works.Qualifications for the role
- Graduate from Foreign Trade University, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, English language.
- 2 years experiences in Logistic field
- Good organization skills, proactive, result-oriented,
- Ability in managing several tasks
- Self-motivated with a high level of creativity
- Good command of English
