Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cash management operations including all bank accounts and POS systems
• Manage cash inflows and outflows properly
• Provide day-to-day management and oversight of cash disbursements, deposits, short-term working capital investments, intercompany loans and revenue received, ...
• Ensure records of cash movements accurately and completely
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for cash and liquidity management
• Anticipate any potential risks and proactively provide expert advice to the management team
• Actively participate in leading the design and ongoing enhancement of cash flow forecasting models to accurately predict future cash positions and effectively manage financial resources.
• In-charge of weekly/monthly actual and forecasted cashflow reports
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and Compliance teams to ensure all cash management practices align with regulatory requirements and internal controls
• Work closely with Fin Tech, Fin Ops, and Strat Fin teams to leverage technology in enhancing cash visibility and operational efficiencies.
• Analyze financial data to monitor and improve cash flow, reduce costs, and optimize the overall capital efficiency and returns within the region
• Hires, trains and supervises personnel; monitors and ensures staff compliance with treasury and financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and management direction and support to staff
• Proactively solve problems that hinder operational performance or negatively impact the transaction processing
• Develop and manage operational procedures of treasury function to ensure consistent execution of business processes
• Own and/or support technology applications including responsibility for user access reviews, application related to treasury function
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in management role in treasury function
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high care for accuracy and confidentiality
• Possess excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate integrity and exercises discretion in handling confidential information.
• Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with employees and vendors.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
