Job Summary
The AM (Autonomus Maintenance) Printing Leader is responsible for leading and execute Autonomous Maintenance methodology to eliminate losses. This individual is also responsible for decision making regarding productivity and quality needs. The AM Printing Leader is also responsible for the skill and knowledge development and training of his/her crew.
The position is based in La Rioja, Argentina, and repports to Pre-Press & Printing Process Manager

What you will do
As AM Printing Leader you will:
- Monitor and optimize the use of resources (machine, material, technology and human resources) to ensure that the packaging material produced meets specifications and standards
- Coordinate along with customer service function, the actions needed to comply with customers' expectations in terms of color rendition/printing quality
- Participate and lead World Class Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement related activities through the use of proper Kaizen methodologies.
- Mainting 5´s Conditions
- Ensure Adherence to safe behavior and safe conditions
- Secure Autonomous Maintenance routines execution and tagging by shift
- Manage vacation and overtime scheduling for operators
- Ensure ontime deliveries
- Machine Feedback review and orders approval
We believe you have
- Prior production/manufacturing experience
- Bachelor’s or engineering degree
- English upper intermediate
- Expert machine maintenance skills
- Quality inspection and machine systems handling
- Management of operator tags through Autonomous Maintenance machine operation experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel: Pivot tables, Fx, Macros-execution)
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read, understand and comply with work instruction, training manuals, safety rules, standard operating procedures and World Class Manufacturing processes
