Our client is a staffing organization with extensive experience recruiting professionals in the healthcare sector.
Rate in USD: $10
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm PST
Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruitment process for the hiring of contract and direct hire employees for Nursing and Allied Health jobs with our clients throughout the US
- Identify, engage, and recruit candidates utilizing our ATS, social media, job boards, proprietary databases, industry associations, universities, and candidate referrals
- Contact and screen prospective candidates to assess skills and determine potential job matches
- Manage candidate and job order information in Job Diva (ATS)
- Work closely with KMG team members located in the US and LATAM
Requirements:
- 3+ years of prior healthcare staffing industry required (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Solid experience in using recruitment tools (Indeed, Linked In, other job boards)
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365
- Fluent in English (C1 level or equivalent)
- Must be outgoing, adaptable, and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
