What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a Freelance IT Talent Partner with expertise in sourcing and recruiting tech profiles to join our Talent team and support high-level talent acquisition across LATAM.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, evaluating, and selecting candidates for technology roles..
Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining requirements with hiring managers to final offers.
• Be the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, identifying new vacancies, sourcing, conducting interviews, and presenting qualified candidates.
• Actively source candidates using various tools (Linked In, boolean search, Indeed, etc.) and advanced search techniques.
• Build and maintain a strong network of tech talent across LATAM.
• Assess candidates' technical skills through technical interviews and specific assessments.
• Administer and update the database, ensuring smooth and constant communication.

Requirements:

• You have 2-4 years of experience in technical recruiting, particularly in the Saa S industry.
• Prior experience with hiring backend engineers, ideally JS, Ruby on Rails, .Net engineers
• Prior experience hiring in Argentina and the EU remote
• A basic understanding of software development terminology
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter, boolean search, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.

Terms of employment

• Freelance position with a range of 30-50 hours per month.
• Flexible hours between 7 am and 7 pm, to be agreed upon based on availability.
• Freelance position, paid hourly and on-demand.
