Right now, we are looking for a Risk Management Insurance Analyst, Senior to join our team!

You will get the chance to:

• Identifying and analyzing coverages required for the business
• Interacts with internal clients (HR, Legal, Project teams, etc.) to align coverages with

internal needs

• Provides analytical support to determine the best coverage limits
• Interacts and challenges the brokers and insurers of the company to obtain the best

coverage

• Negotiates, through the company’s brokers or directly with insurers depending on the

case, the best costs for such coverages

• Obtain from the brokers certificates of coverage as required by Globant’s clients
• Evaluate coverage required for new business opportunities or products
• Perform insurer and/or broker tenders when required.

What will help you succeed:

• At least five years’ experience in insurance negotiation and/or management.
• Experience in negotiating D&O and E&O and/or medical & life policies.

• Analytical skills and an eye for detail
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Commercial awareness
• Ability to understand broader business issues and operate in an ever changing

environment
