We are looking for a Ro R Software Engineer to join a challenging and constantly growing team in the USA.
- Location: Fully remote
- Minimum English: C2 - Fluent
We are seeking a skilled Backend Ruby on Rails Software Engineer to develop and maintain robust backend systems. You will be instrumental in building scalable APIs, improving system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and product enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Ruby on Rails
- Create and optimize Graph QL APIs to support web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to release new features and improvements
- Enhance application performance, reliability, and scalability
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git Hub Actions
- Participate in system architecture discussions to ensure best practices are followed
Tech Stack:
- Backend: Ruby on Rails with Graph QL API
- Frontend: Monorepo structure supporting web and mobile applications (React Native)
- CI/CD: Git Hub Actions
- Package Management: pnpm
Requirements:
- Experience developing backend systems with Ruby on Rails
- Proficiency in Graph QL API development
- Familiarity with React or React Native for backend-frontend interaction
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git Hub
- Knowledge of monorepo architecture or Turbo Repo is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
