We are looking for a Ro R Software Engineer to join a challenging and constantly growing team in the USA.
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Minimum English: C2 - Fluent
We are seeking a skilled Backend Ruby on Rails Software Engineer to develop and maintain robust backend systems. You will be instrumental in building scalable APIs, improving system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and product enhancements.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Ruby on Rails
  • Create and optimize Graph QL APIs to support web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to release new features and improvements
  • Enhance application performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git Hub Actions
  • Participate in system architecture discussions to ensure best practices are followed
Tech Stack:
  • Backend: Ruby on Rails with Graph QL API
  • Frontend: Monorepo structure supporting web and mobile applications (React Native)
  • CI/CD: Git Hub Actions
  • Package Management: pnpm
Requirements:
  • Experience developing backend systems with Ruby on Rails
  • Proficiency in Graph QL API development
  • Familiarity with React or React Native for backend-frontend interaction
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git Hub
  • Knowledge of monorepo architecture or Turbo Repo is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
