Sales Representative (Argentina)

Job Title: Sales Rep - Direct Outreach & Customer Engagement (Remote)
Location: Remote

We are a fast-growing venture development firm that fully owns and manages multiple innovative businesses across various industries. Our mission is to build and scale these ventures by providing them with the resources and strategic support they need to succeed. We are looking for a talented and motivated Sales Representative to help drive customer engagement and outreach for some of the exciting products our venture studio has incubated.

Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in directly reaching out to potential customers via email and speaking with them to introduce and promote our products. Your goal will be to build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and generate interest in the product. You will work closely with our leadership team to learn about our ventures and align your outreach strategy to drive growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Outreach: Conduct direct email outreach to potential customers, delivering compelling messages that resonate with their needs and spark interest in the product.
  • Customer Engagement: Speak directly with customers via email or scheduled calls to discuss product features and answer any questions they may have.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through research and engagement efforts and maintain a pipeline of interested customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the product(s) you’ll be representing to effectively communicate its value proposition to potential customers.
  • CRM Management: Track all communications and customer interactions in our CRM (Zoho) to ensure follow-ups and relationship management are properly documented.
  • Feedback Gathering: Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve the product and optimize outreach strategies.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
At least 1-2 years of success in sales (success in marketing, customer service, or similar roles also considered).
Skills
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive emails.
  • Confidence in speaking with potential customers and addressing their questions.
  • Organizational skills to manage a customer pipeline and keep track of outreach activities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and taking on new tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with startups or fast-growing ventures.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing tools and strategies.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required if relevant experience is demonstrated.

Pay: $7,000,000.00 - $15,000,000.00 per year
