What you will be doing:
Be a valued member of Dysons accounts receivable team where you can develop and grow your accounts and administration skills. This is a 9–12-month maternity cover.

You will:

• Prepare and process sales invoices on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Process EFT transactions, banking and support the bank reconciliation process.
• Assist with reconciling the Trade Debtors Aged Listing.
• Analysis of the debtor’s ledger and follow up on outstanding debts.
• Prepare and submit monthly debtor statements.
• Assist in the year end audit preparation process.

Skills you will need:

• High level of accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Experience in administrations, accounts receivable or accounts payable roles.
• A self-starter with the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point, etc.).
• Experience with a large-scale ERP system preferred.
• Clear and concise communicator.
