Description:
We are seeking a passionate numbers person with high attention to detail to join our Finance team as a casual Accounts Assistant delivering outstanding service to our customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing for clients.
• Invoicing, processing and reconciling receipts, and disbursing event payments within established timeframes.
• Assist with monitoring customer account details.
• Reconciliation of information between internal systems including Momentus, SYBIZ and R2.
• Complete end of month procedures.
• Deliver timely and accurate information for reporting purposes.
• Assist with general ledger maintenance and other general accounting duties.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable / Payable and credit control.
• A proven track record of delivering outstanding guest service within a high-performing team environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
• Knowledge of SYBIZ, Momentus and R2 highly regarded.
• An eye for detail that ensures accuracy and quality in high-volume situations.
• Initiative with a proactive, problem solving focus.
