We are seeking a passionate, self-driven and organised individual with high attention to detail to join our team as a Sales Co-ordinator. Become an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering extraordinary experiences at our award winning venue.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Providing a high level of administrative support to the sales team and the Executive Manager – Sales.
• Responding to sales enquiries and prepare proposals and contracts.
• Organising and assisting with site inspections and internal meetings.
• Assist with Sales team travel arrangements and maintaining calendars.
• Update and maintain the Event Business Management System.
• Preparation of reports such as budgets and sales forecasts.
• Organise sales meetings including calander invitations, agenda preparation and meeting minutes.
• Management of team rosters and timesheets through Humanforce system.
• Assisting in Reception duties including welcoming delegates, clients and visitors to the Centre.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A minimum of 2 years in a sales coordination or fast-paced administrative role.
• A proven track record of delivering outstanding guest service within a high-performing team environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
• An eye for detail that ensures accuracy and quality in high-volume situations.
• Previous experience in a hotel or convention centre will be highly regarded.
• Impeccable personal presentation that aligns with our venue’s standards.
• Initiative with a proactive, problem solving focus.
