An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and passionate Talent & Learning Partner to join our team. Do you have a keen eye for finding the best candidates with the ability to change hats to deliver engaging learning and development sessions for our team? As part of the People & Culture team, you will work closely with other specialist functions to provide an exceptional candidate and team member experience delivering on our People Strategy.

About the Role
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including job advertisements, interviews and reference checking.
• Onboarding of new team members ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.
• Develop and update all onboarding learning activities to ensure consistency of information and brand alignment.
• Create inhouse learning programs as part of a catalogue of onboarding, standard and refresher learning sessions.
• Prepare and deliver learning sessions to team members.
• Oversee the administration of online compliance training through our LMS and face to face sessions.
• Provide support and guidance to Leaders on training needs analysis, creation of career pathways and training plans.

About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills, knowledge, personal attributes and experience:

• Qualifications in Human Resources, or Training & Assessment would be highly regarded.
• A broad knowledge of People & Culture functions and experience working within a similar role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus the confidence and flair to host meetings, facilitate training sessions and present to large groups.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well unsupervised
• A team player that demonstrates the ability to collaborate and provide team support as needed.
• Experience with HRIS systems (ELMO and Humanforce highly regarded)
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
