About the role
Temporary full time opportunity to provide general administrative, financial and information management services and support to the Sustainable Assets and Infrastructure (SAI) Team particularly in relation to registration and coordination of correspondence and general administrative support.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Provide responsive administrative support in correspondence coordination, finance, human resources, travel bookings and general administrative support.
• Support senior officers by arranging meetings / functions, attendees, catering, venues and secretariat support including diary management and scheduling.
• Assist in the processing of correspondence including Minister's and Director-General requests using established correspondence tracking systems to ensure timely responses prepared.
• Provide meeting support by taking, preparation and dissemination of minutes and other documentation arising from project related meetings and events
• Use systems to process and check on financial, human resources, records and procurement information.
