About the role:

This role will see you work within our busy Emergency Department, as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide friendly, efficient and customer-focused service both face to face and over the phone.

To aid your success in this role, you will be supported by the Patient Services Manager, Team Leader and the Emergency Department Administration Team.

About You:

To be successful you will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, superior time management and attention to detail. You will be a dedicated and enthusiastic team player with the ability to think on your feet and complete work within allocated timeframes. This role will require you to be available to work shift work, including midnight. There will also be opportunity to extend your knowledge and gain experience in other positions.

To be eligible for permanent employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport.
