About you:
You are an administration professional with experience and knowledge of customer service, general office, and reception duties, preferably with a health care environment. You have computer literacy and experience in the use of information systems and can organise and prioritise tasks and complete duties in a timely manner.

Your opportunity:
To provide timely and effective administrative support and customer service to clients and health professionals in a multi-disciplinary environment. This includes waitlist management and appointment scheduling based on clinical urgency for outpatient clinics.

Your role:

• Provide a quality client service including liaising with staff, clients, carers, and external agencies as required in a confidential and empathic manner. Respond to general customer enquiries via phone, email and in person and assist staff and patients as requested.
• Follow the guidelines regarding ie MR and scanning management to ensure that all patients' information is available for retrieval within the required timeframe.
• Register patient data into relevant electronic databases and ensure patient data is updated in a timely manner.
• Ensure prospective patients have been placed on a respective waiting list, booked within a time frame indication and main this by ensure accurate and complete additions, amendments, ongoing verification, and appropriate delegations.
• Maintain client information to ensure data and relative activity is accurate and completed in a timely and efficient manner and transferred into the relevant hospital systems in accordance with hospital policies, procedures, and guidelines.
