About the Role

• Provide administrative support for service operations and to staff within the designated area. Support includes the preparation of information relating to facility maintenance and operational requirements/issues, fleet car booking and management, accurately preparing correspondence (reports, letters, memorandums), equipment bookings, photocopying, formatting/data entry for excel spread sheets, updating databases, appointment scheduling and general administration support as required by the service.
• Utilise information management systems and computer software programs for the purpose of client and/or administrative functions.
• Utilise and maintain administrative and/or clinical documentation systems including file management, record management and quality assurance processes.
• Support all clinical services and administrative staff with scanning queries; provide basic end user support on the medical records information system and conduct scanning activities as required.
