Description

1.Develop and plan agricultural project production,including agriculturaltechnology and agronomy schemes.Implement and manage these schemeseffectively.

2.Provide technical guidance and training in the agricultural production technology process.

3.Establish,improve,and execute technical service work standards and business processes.

Job Requirements:

1.More than 3 years of experience in planting management in agricultural parks and production bases

2.Education in agriculture,horticulture,plant protection,or related majors.Possess a solid professional foundation,familiarity with technical specifications,and

proficiency in agricultural facility operation and refined agricultural planting management.

3.Expertise in fertilizer,especially horticultural fertilizer formula design.Provideability to design integrated solutions for precision fertilization.

4.Work experience in promoting and serving fertilizer product technology for economic crops such as fruit trees,melons,and veqetables.

5.Strong project coordination,division of labor and management skills,with a diligent work ethic,steadfastness,and a strong sense of responsibility.

6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7.Possess professional skills certificates related to agronomy.
