About the role.

Our NSW Advisory team is seeking a dynamic and professional Consultant/Senior Consultant
with up to 6 years of experience to support the continued growth of our team.

Our team partners with public and private sector clients across all major infrastructure and property sectors to deliver end-to-end advisory services, including project planning, feasibility studies, business case development, procurement, project delivery, and asset management.

As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will work across various sectors, including energy, water, transport, health, and social infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting cost-benefit analyses, financial modelling, economic impact assessments, and feasibility studies to evaluate infrastructure investments.
• Assisting in the preparation of comprehensive business cases to provide clear evidence for investment decisions.
• Supporting large-scale transactions, including market sounding, transaction structuring, and managing the tender process.
• Supporting in the development phase of major infrastructure projects.
• Participating in meetings with clients and key stakeholders.
• Contributing to the development of reports, proposals, and deliverables, with responsibility for quality management.

About you.

• Up to 6 years of professional experience in a relevant role or sector. This could include management consulting, engineering, infrastructure, private sector roles, or government positions.
• Experience or exposure to public sector agencies involved in infrastructure project development is highly regarded.
• A strong interest in infrastructure and property, with experience in the economic, commercial, and financial aspects of various infrastructure and property classes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify and convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• A positive, people-oriented attitude, and a strong team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to work across multiple sectors and capabilities.
