Position Summary:

Handling and processing group reservations and telephone group enquiries
Update folios of new guests, ensuring that all details are correct
Ensure group bookings are entered into the PMS
Analyze and update all guest requests that are tailored to their requirements
Liaises closely with all the relevant Sales, Reservations and Front Office members on a daily basis to accurately manage the group blocks and report all information in a timely manner
Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).
Assists with monitoring accuracy of group reservation sales orders within tracking systems.
Tracks no-show reservations and processes charges as needed.
Checks daily arrivals to ensure all necessary billing instructions are applied to reservations.

Pay: $73,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
