We have an opportunity for an individual to join the team at Fratelli Fresh Westfield as an Assistant Restaurant Manager.

What we are looking for

We are looking for team members who align with our work ethic and passion for customer service.
You will work with your team to achieve daily deliverables and big picture targets whilst creating an exciting atmosphere and ensuring an outstanding looking venue with a happy team and a customer base who have a fantastic experience and cannot wait to return to dine with us again!

Successful candidates will have:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or junior manager role (this does not need to be within hospitality, as industry training will be provided)
• An understanding of profit measures, the ability to manage costs and productivity, and the drive to exceed sales goals
• A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally.
• Lead from the front with the team, on the floor, not in an office
• Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met
• Availability for Wednesday- Sunday Shifts (hours are rotated depending on availability, between open, mid and closing shifts)
• A passion for recruiting, training and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within the business
