Bottega Coco at Barrangaroo is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Bar Supervisor to join our team.
What we are looking for:
- Extensive Bar experience, minimum of 2 years +
- Passion for customer service- Experience coordinating a busy restaurant service and managing a team
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and with a sense of urgency
- Self motivated, highly organised & well presented
- Exceptional communication skills The role includes but not limited to:
- Overseeing of all aspects of Bar operations
- Work in collaboration with management team to ensure that Bar and its staff is delivering excellent service and customers leave happy
- Bar staff assessment and coaching
- Opening and closing of Bar
- Assisting with rostering and bar wages control
- Ordering and monitoring stock levels of all non-food items
- Ensuring facilities comply with health regulations and are kept clean at all times
Job Type: Full Time
Annual Salary: $75,000.00 + Superannuation
