What’s the role?
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join the well-established maintenance team based in the Bowen Basin. This position will be responsible for supervising all operations & a team of tradespeople within a fixed plant.

- A mechanical trade qualification
- Senior supervisor training certifications (S1, S2, S3 & G2)
- Prior experience working in a supervisory or leadership role within the mining & heavy transport industry
- Dot point
- Strong knowledge of systems, equipment, and controls commonly used in fixed plant operations
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve results
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for maintenance planning, scheduling, and documentation
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a fixed plant environment, with a commitment to creating a safe work environment
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment
- Ability to pass Coal Board Medical
- Ability to obtain a Standard 11 Induction Certificate
