Are you an enthusiastic, professional bartender with a passion for crafting memorable experiences? Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort is seeking dynamic bartenders to join our team and bring their skills to life in a variety of settings across our beautiful resort.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft Exceptional Beverages: Prepare and serve a diverse range of drinks, ensuring each one meets our high standards and menu specifications.
Maintain a Welcoming Environment: Keep the bar areas, including poolside and waterpark kiosks, fully stocked, clean, and inviting for our guests.
Deliver Outstanding Service: Engage with guests to enhance their experience, providing friendly and attentive service.
Manage Inventory: Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring the bar is always well-supplied.
Uphold Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe environment for both guests and team members.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender, with a flair for creating engaging and innovative drinks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-first mentality.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
Current RSA
