What you'll be doing
The Biomedical Administration Officer supports the WS Biomedical Engineering Team by providing essential administrative assistance in maintaining medical equipment records and services. In this role you:

Support maintenance and technical assistance for medical equipment.
Work with clinical and admin staff to update equipment databases.
Ensure accurate records for WSLHD and private clients.
Carrie out various administrative duties.
Facilitate communication between teams for smooth operations.

High level interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels

Proven effective communications and relationship management skills with the ability to foster strong working relationships with team members and clients.

Demonstrated experience in the accurate and timely data entry of information with great attention to detail

Demonstrated excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products particularly MS Excel and Access or a desire and ability to learn

Familiar and able to identify a wide range of medical equipment

Demonstrated diligence at being thorough in collecting information.

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Current Drivers Licence valid in Australia
