Branch Operations Manager:

You’ll be responsible for the daily operations, managing the P&L and the people, along with operating a fully functioning site, identifying future opportunities and applying your leadership acumen.
This is an excellent opportunity to build on the experience you have in either waste, manufacturing or commercial environments, and be part of solving real-world problems.

Who you are:
- Lead and mentor a team of dedicated employees, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Optimize operational workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to enhance business partnerships.
- Analyse data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field (or relevant experience).
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the waste management industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in the waste industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
