**Position Overview:**
As a Casual Chef/Cook at The Bunker, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to meet our high standards. This position is ideal for someone with at least three years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment who is passionate about food and eager to contribute to our culinary team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist in the development of new menu items and daily specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef/Cook in a café or restaurant setting.
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating delicious dishes.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
