,COMMIS CHEF / BREAKFAST CHEF
The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced, energetic and passionate Commis Chef/ Breakfast Chef to join our growing team.
The position is on a casual basis but has potential to be full time for the right candidate. 5 day roster and will include 2 breakfast shifts and 3 evening shifts.
Tasks & responsibilities
· Preparing items for service
· Management of stock and food preparation
· Ingredients preparation and safe storage of food products
· Cleaning of all food surfaces
Skillset and Experience
· Availability on both weekdays and weekends
· Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
· Excellent communication skills
· Qualifications in Commercial Cookery required
Must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $48,880.92 – $71,885.39 per year
