The purpose of this role is to manage and process commission payments ensuring accurate and timely calculation, reporting, and distribution of commissions, while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Commission Calculation: Accurately calculate commission payments based on sales data, ensuring adherence to commission structures and policies.
• Data Management: Maintain and update commission records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Reporting: Generate and distribute detailed commission reports to relevant stakeholders, including sales teams and management.
• Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve any commission-related queries or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
• Compliance: Ensure all commission processes comply with company policies and relevant legal requirements.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• At least 5 years experience in a similar role
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
