As we are expanding our operation, our friendly team is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Breakfast Chef.
Day Shifts Only, Hours are approximately 7:00am - 3:00pm
Our home is the beautiful Martha Cove Marina. Martha's Table award-winning venue incorporates a state-of-the-art restaurant, bar, a specialty food grocer, and a wine shop.
You will be working directly with our Head Chef. This role would be suitable for an energetic Breakfast Chef who wants to contribute something unique to our Waterfront Café kitchen at our multi-outlet venue.
For this newly created position, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

• Produce Breakfast , Lunch dishes as per the menu in place
• Monitor the quality of the product served, ensuring that high standards are maintained
• Assist in planning, preparing the menu
• Effective management and communication with a diverse team
• Genuine interest in the day-to-day operations of the business
• Fast with excellent time management during preparation and service periods

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience as a Breakfast Chef in a high-volume cafe
• You are highly organized and able to work under pressure
• Proven experience working in kitchens through fast-paced service periods
• You can organise effectively, solve problems on the run and communicate clearly
• You bring a positive approach to your work a have a calm and composed demeanor
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and public holidays

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
