Top Shelf Level 2 or 3 Building Certifier – Sunshine Coast Location
The ideal candidate:
You are a Level 2 or 3 Building Certifier with more than two year’s experience working as a qualified Certifier and you are looking for a new challenge. It is time for a change; time to kick your career up a notch, or two. To be considered for this challenging role you need to tick the boxes below:

• You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a licensed level 2 or 3 Building Certifier
• You have detailed knowledge of the National Construction Code.
• You are a motivated self-starter, i.e. you are pro-active
• You are reliable and committed to deliver high-level client service, no matter what
• You work well as part of a team with minimal supervision
• You thrive on meeting tight deadlines
• You are an expert in prioritizing and managing your time
• You have exceptional attention to detail
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You know your way around MS Office and ideally Perm Assist (not a requirement, as training will be provided)
• You are attracted to a mix of on-site inspection work and office-based approval work

The Job:
We are an established Building Certification business located in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. As a level 3 Building Certifier you will be a very important cog in our client services machine that strives for excellence and superior client service. This role is split between the office and on-site inspections.
The role involves providing building certification services to our clients and doing on-site building inspections.
