The Opportunity:
We're currently seeking a Finance Broker to join us on a commission only role. As a Finance Broker at Loanie, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their financial needs, particularly in asset financing for cars, bikes, boats, and equipment. This role is perfect for individuals seeking more than just a job - it's an opportunity to thrive. We seek to offer the above industry commission for the right talent.
Your Main Responsibilities:

• Contacting prospects with the aim of completing applications.
• Reviewing and preparing applications to align with credit and lender requirements.
• Managing your own database and sales pipeline effectively.
• Cultivating and maintaining client relationships while identifying future finance and related product opportunities.
• Upholding strong compliance under NCCP regulations.
• Demonstrating a robust work ethic and achieving KPIs consistently.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or aim to obtain one).
• Prior experience in asset/business finance is a bonus.
• Exceptional sales abilities with strong objection handling skills and a knack for creative thinking.
• Proven relationship-building skills, swiftly establishing rapport.
• Self-motivation and a drive for success.
