Wash On Wheels Mobile Car Detailing, is one of the fastest growing professional mobile car detailing companies, that provides complete cleaning & detailing packages for corporate and residential clients from the comfort of their home or office in Brisbane & Gold Coast. Our Detailers visit clients’ locations and go prepared with all the specialized tools and equipment needed to detail their cars. We specialize in interior and exterior car detailing & monthly maintenance cleaning. We love our vehicles and we know how to treat them with the right care. We love to detail and restore vehicles. We take care of it all, from thoroughly cleansing the wheels to scrubbing the windows to a pristine state to leaving the paint shining. We are known for our quality and attention to detail along with great customer service. We have a very supportive team culture that brings out the best in other teammates.
We are looking for an outgoing Business/ Sales Development Executive to join our team in Brisbane. The suitable candidate must be someone who is a happy personality and career oriented , assisting clients with Sales & Support when needed.
Purpose
The purpose of this role is to build relationships with new and existing customers in order to drive business and increase revenue, and market/sell our services to new and existing customers.
Duties
  • Generate new Sales Leads and achieve Sales Targets
  • Relationship Management
  • Business Development
  • Execute proactive sales calls daily to exceed established sales targets, fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Provide effective Sales & Support, represent our business in a professional productive way to further increase our brand's value
  • Solid grasp of the product range and market along with the ability to deliver sensible value
  • Developing new business is a key component of this role, so disciplined consistent field activity is required to bring in monthly new accounts..
  • Conduct regular sales calls to existing customers, providing expert advice and support on their current and future requirements.
  • Deliver compelling and tailored product presentations, highlighting the superior value and benefits of our service range.
  • Produce accurate and competitive quotes for customers, ensuring clarity and alignment with their needs.
  • Utilize proficiently all necessary software packages, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Drive.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Communicate with internal teams for ordering, support, and assistance to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our service offerings and stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.
Experience required:
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within Commercial Cleaning or related industries will be highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Field Sales experience will be highly advantageous.
  • Driving license and the eligibility to work full time in Australia is a Must
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
