Business Executive - Strategy and Transformation Office

About the Opportunity
The Business Executive will oversee various aspects of the S&TO agenda, ensuring that the CSTO is across key risks and issues. The Business Executive will be focused on connecting work streams and maintaining a strategic perspective of the entire business.

Responsibilities

Act as a confidant and advisor to the CSTO while keeping them accountable to KPIs
Represent the CSTO in meetings and manage monthly reporting outcomes
Work with the CSTO and S&TO strategy team to drive the implementation of strategic plans
Oversee the S&TO budget, CMS progress, business improvement requests and other governance aspects
Manage the S&TO internal audit and reporting requirements
Lead cross functional organisation-wide projects or initiatives as agreed with the CSTO

About you

Tertiary qualifications in business, technology or related discipline
A minimum of 10 years’ post qualification experience
Experience in defining interfaces and accountabilities across stakeholder groups
Experience in working with and influencing Senior Leadership groups
Ability to simplify complex information and identify key data points.
Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills

Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
