Job Description:
As an All-Rounder Café Team Member, you’ll be essential to our daily operations, taking on varied roles in both the front and back of house. We’re looking for someone who values teamwork, has a can-do attitude, and is interested in making a long-term commitment with us.
Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Take orders and manage payments accurately
• Prepare and serve drinks (barista skills are a plus)
• Assist with food preparation, plating, and kitchen support
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas
• Work closely with team members, adapting to different tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Availability to work between 5:30 am and 4:00 pm, including Sundays and holidays (closed on Saturdays)
• Ideally resides nearby for ease of access to early morning shifts
• Previous experience in a café or similar environment is preferred but not essential
• Strong communication skills in English, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Commitment to a long-term role

Salary:

• Approximately $25 per hour, plus superannuation, with penalty rates on Sundays and public holidays, and both part-time and full-time options available.
