**Position Overview: **
Carpenter / Joiner at North Coast Construction Group, you will be an integral part of our operations, performing various tasks that ensure the smooth execution of our diverse range of construction projects. You will be involved in a wide array of activities within our Group

• Using the building plans provided by clients and engineers to meet the construction needs;
• Using A Variety of Cabinetry Machinery & Power Tools
• Measuring and cutting materials properly;
• Installing construction elements (windows, plastic objects, etc);
• Erecting construction frameworks for further work;
• Inspecting and evaluating the quality of intermediate construction works;
• Instructing other construction workers on the process.
• Safely Operating Machinery
• Competent in reviewing construction plans
• Site Supervision and Management of other Trades
• Able to work as a Team and Take Direction As needed

**Requirements: **

• Completion of a recognized apprenticeship or a minimum of 4 years experience as a journey-level carpenter / Joiner / Cabinet Maker.
• Additional certification may be required.
• Good communication skills.
• Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
• Knowledge of mathematics.

- **Experience: ** Previous experience in construction or Joinery related field is required.
- **License: ** Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- **Skills: ** Ability to operate various tools and equipment used in construction projects. Ability to follow instructions – work alone at times
- **Punctuality: ** Must be reliable and able to consistently arrive on time.
- **Honesty and Reliability: ** Strong ethical standards and dependability are essential.
- **Physical Stamina: ** Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- **Communication: ** Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- **Team Player: ** Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $45.00 – $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
