**Position Overview: **
Shed Erector & Builder at North Coast Construction Group, you will be an integral part of our operations, performing various tasks that ensure the smooth execution of our construction projects. You will be involved in a wide array of activities within our Group

• Using the building plans provided by clients and engineers to meet the construction needs;
• Using A Variety of Plant & Equipment
• Measuring and cutting materials properly;
• Installing construction elements (windows, plastic objects, etc);
• Erecting construction frameworks for further work;
• Inspecting and evaluating the quality of intermediate construction works;
• Concreting & Setting
• Instructing other construction workers on the process.
• Safely Operating Machinery
• Able to work as a Team and Take Direction As needed

**Requirements: **

• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Good communication skills.
• Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
• Knowledge of mathematics.
• Communication Skills

- **Experience: ** Previous experience in Erecting Shed or Building related field is required.
- **License: ** Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- **Skills: ** Ability to operate various tools and equipment used in construction projects. Ability to follow instructions – work alone at times
- **Punctuality: ** Must be reliable and able to consistently arrive on time.
- **Honesty and Reliability: ** Strong ethical standards and dependability are essential.
- **Physical Stamina: ** Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- **Communication: ** Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- **Team Player: ** Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $45.00 – $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
