Additional Information:
  • This role is Permanent Part-time, 50hrs/fortnight.
  • The shift times required to work will be spread between 7:00am to 8:00pm and 9:30pm (Thursday - Saturday).
  • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
  • We require adequate availability, without holidays booked, during the peak trading period (from mid-October to January) for these positions.
  • If your application is successful, you may be invited to complete a video screening interview as part of the recruitment process.
  • If your application is progressed, you will be invited to attend an in-person interview with the hiring team.

About this work area

As a Sales Co-worker (Furniture Builder) your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Assembling our products according to proper building and enclosed instructions to ensure complete functionality.
  • Organising stock requests, completing transfers and communicating timelines to relevant departments.
  • Delivering products to the requested location, and adjusting and securing where needed
  • Supporting other Sales areas and within the business when required.
  • Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
