**Position Overview: **
As a General Labourer at North Coast Construction Group, you will be an integral part of our operations, performing various tasks that ensure the smooth execution of our fencing and construction projects. You will be involved in a wide array of activities, including painting, fencing, cleaning, yard work, and other construction-related duties.

**Key Responsibilities: **
- **Painting: ** Apply paints, stains, and coatings to fences and other surfaces as required.
- **Fencing: ** Assist in the installation and repair of various types of fencing.
- **Cleaning: ** Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites, tools, and equipment.
- **Yard Work: ** Perform general yard maintenance tasks such as landscaping, debris removal, and site preparation, job preparation, loading & unloading trucks – washing vehicles& plant
- **Construction Activities: ** Support diverse construction tasks, including material handling, assembly, and other duties as assigned.
- **Safety: ** Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements: **
- **Experience: ** Previous experience in general labor, construction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- **License: ** Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- **Skills: ** Ability to operate various tools and equipment used in construction and fencing projects. Ability to follow instructions – work alone at times
- **Punctuality: ** Must be reliable and able to consistently arrive on time.
- **Honesty and Reliability: ** Strong ethical standards and dependability are essential.
- **Physical Stamina: ** Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- **Communication: ** Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- **Team Player: ** Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
