About The Role

We currently have an opportunity for a casual operator within the sanitation department at our Ridge St site.

The successful candidates will be reporting to the sanitation lead and will receive on the job training in sanitation operations. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitising areas within the plant, in line with agreed-upon quality and performance standards.

The successful candidate must commit to working the night shift from 10 pm to 6 am weekdays.

Responsibilities

Monitoring all aspects of food safety and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Understanding and complying with cleaning Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) for all personnel
Working effectively and efficiently in a safe manner.
Adhering to company safety and quality policies and procedures
Reporting safety incidents and hazards.

About you

Mechanical mindset.
Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Have the functional ability to perform the role.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
