About this role
Our clinics in Port Macquarie are currently seeking a Radiographer to join the team.

The Role;
This is a casual position covering sick and annual leave as well as any additional hours that may be required. Reporting to the Chief MIT you will be required to cover a varying roster of shifts between 6am to 12pm, including an on-call roster.

Responsibilities include;

• Performing general x-ray and CT scans with high quality patient care
• Assisting the radiologist with interventional procedures using both CT and Fluoroscopy
• Conducting mobile x-rays including ward, trauma and post procedure patients
• Utilising Image Intensifier to complete a variety of theatre procedures including orthopedic, general, urology and vascular
• Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists and referrers.

Essential Criteria;
✅ Current AHPRA/EPA radiation licence and relevant qualifications
✅ Previous experience in X-ray and CT imaging
✅ Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
✅ Ability to work a variety of shifts and on call roster
✅ High quality of patient care and excellence in communication

Highly regarded;

• Previous experience with theatre procedures using II, CT guided interventional procedures
• Hospital and trauma imaging experience
• Experience with Visage and Karisma RIS system
